About Clover Kingsbury
Clover Kingsbury owns the Pure Clover Skin Spa and during the past nine years she has performed over 10,000 skin care services. She worked for the largest high end day spa corporation in California. Clover maintained the highest request rate in the company making her the most sought after esthetician. Clover wanted to provide a more personal, one on one, intimate and customized experience. Clover took her career to the next level in order to provide the best in technique and products, Pure Clover Skin Spa, where she dedicates herself to providing excellent customized skin care and the best in waxing and sugaring.
How she started: When Clover was 35 years old she was shopping and decided to purchase a rather expensive blouse. Clover tried on the blouse and looked in the mirror. She had developed adult acne and could only see her skin problem. She decided to spend the money on something that could improve her skin, so she could look good with or without a new top. Clover entered a high end skin care retailer and quickly discovered that the sales people were eager to make a sale, but could not provide her with any answers about her skin care problem. Right then and there she decided to find the answers herself. Clover’s quest for skin care knowledge continues and now her clients benefit from the answers she has found. She considers this quest as an age of sisterhood where women share their experiences with one another so each may prosper.
Clover is excellent at hair removal. Her own technique is quick and keeps pain to the absolute minimum. Clover is one of the limited number of estheticians trained in the ancient Egyptian hair removal technique called sugaring. One sugaring and you’ll see why most consider her the best and why you'll never go back to waxing again.
Clover is licensed with the State of California. She has attended the Dermal Institute, Conservatory of Esthetics and numerous skin care programs. She routinely attends skin care symposiums taught by medical doctors. More importantly she has dedicated herself to understanding skin wellness in order to understand and exceed the needs of her clients. Clover believes in remaining current with the latest trends in skin care wellness and has dedicated herself to continued training. Her clients include men, women and teens.
Clover has been married for over 30 years and has two adult children. Prior to the skin care industry Clover had a very successful career in the customer service field. She resides in southern California.
